Cookie policy
No cookies. No analytics. No tracking.

We do not set cookies
The Midpoint does not set any cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not embed social media widgets that track you. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.
The one thing we store: your theme choice
If you use the “Dark mode” or “Light mode” button, your browser saves that choice in its local storage (under the name theme) so the site looks the way you chose on your next visit. It is stored only on your device and is never sent to us. It is strictly necessary to give you the setting you asked for, so it does not need consent. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for this website.
If you never use the button, we store nothing: the site simply follows your device’s light or dark setting.
Search
Site search runs in your browser using files served from this site. It does not set cookies or store your searches.
Newsletter
Signing up for the newsletter does not set cookies on this site. Our newsletter provider, beehiiv, has its own policies for its website and emails.
Our host
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data to keep it secure. See our privacy policy. If Cloudflare ever needs to set a strictly necessary security cookie, we will list it here.
If this changes
If we ever add cookies, analytics or anything similar, we will update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
