FCA lifts four LIBOR and EURIBOR bans after the Court of Appeal quashes convictions
Bans on Bermingham, Moryoussef, Mathew and Bittar are revoked and their Final Notices removed. The Court of Appeal had overturned the convictions of six benchmark defendants earlier in October.
